Notes:

  • Refrigerate or Freeze Meals Upon Receipt
    Ensure meals are properly stored upon delivery. If you plan to eat the meal after 7 days, freezing is recommended.

  • Consumption Timeline

    • Seafood: Enjoy seafood meals within 2-3 days of receiving them.

    • Other Meals: We recommend consuming all other meals within 7 days for the best quality and taste.

Reheat Instructions

 
    • Remove Cold Items: Take out any cold or non-microwavable items from the container.

    • Microwave: Heat food in a microwave-safe dish, covered, for 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly warmed. Do not microwave items in aluminum tins.

    • OvenOven: Preheat your oven to 450°F.

      • Reheat uncovered on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes or until hot and crispy.

    • Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.

      • Place fried items in a single layer in the basket and heat for 5-7 minutes or until hot and crispy.

    1. Bring to Room Temperature: Remove steak from the fridge and allow it to rest on the counter for about 20 minutes to reach room temperature. This helps ensure even reheating.

    2. Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F.

      • Reheat the steak for 5-10 minutes or until hot and the desired internal temperature is reached.

    3. Sauté Pan: Heat a sauté pan over medium heat.

      • Add the steak to the pan and baste with butter (and optionally crushed garlic and thyme) while it reheats for added moisture and flavor.

    4. Microwave: Microwave the steak, covered, for 1-2 minutes or until hot and the desired temperature is reached.

    5. Air Fryer:

      • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.

      • Place the steak in the air fryer basket and reheat for 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until hot and the desired temperature is reached.

    Steak Temperature Guide

    • Medium Rare: 130-135°F

    • Medium: 135-145°F

    • Medium Well: 145-155°F

    • Well Done: 155°F and up

    • Remove Cold Items: Take any cold toppings (such as lettuce, tomato, or sauces) off the burger before reheating.

    • Oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F.

      • Reheat the burger, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until hot.

    • Microwave: Microwave the burger, covered, for 1-2 minutes or until hot.

      • If using the microwave, remove any cold toppings before reheating.

    • Assemble & Enjoy: Once reheated, add your desired cold toppings and enjoy!

    • Separate the Cheese Packet: Remove the cheese sauce packet from the cauliflower without opening it.

    • Warm the Cheese Sauce: Place the cheese sauce packet in a bowl of warm water to heat up.

    • Strain Cauliflower: Strain the vegetable broth from the cauliflower and transfer the cauliflower to a bowl.

    • Microwave Cauliflower: Microwave the cauliflower (covered) for 1-2 minutes or until hot.

    • Mix & Enjoy: Once the cauliflower is hot, mix in the warmed cheese sauce, stir until well combined, and enjoy!

  • Note: These items are fully cooked. Reheating times are approximate and may vary depending on your oven, microwave, stovetop heat level, and portion size. Always check the internal temperature of your food to ensure it has reached 165°F before serving.

    MAINS

    Holiday Turkey (Whole or Carved)

    • Oven (preferred): Preheat to 300°F. Place turkey in a roasting pan, add a bit of broth or water to keep it moist, and cover tightly with foil. Reheat whole turkey for 1.5–2 hours (12 lbs.) or 45 minutes–1 hour (6 lbs.). Carved turkey: 30–45 minutes.

    • Microwave: Place slices in a microwave-safe dish, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in 1–2-minute intervals until warm.

    Honey Glazed Ham

    • Oven: Preheat to 275°F. Place ham in a baking dish with a small amount of water or apple juice, cover tightly with foil, and heat for 1–1.5 hours (8 lbs.) or 30–45 minutes (4 lbs.).

    • Microwave: Slice ham, cover, and heat in 1-minute intervals.

    Cider Glazed Chicken

    • Oven: Preheat to 300°F. Place chicken in a baking dish, cover with foil, and heat for 25–30 minutes (3 lbs.) or 45–55 minutes (6 lbs.).

    • Microwave: Place chicken pieces in a dish, cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in 1–2-minute intervals.

    Apple Pork Tenderloin

    • Oven: Preheat to 325°F. Place tenderloin in a baking dish with a bit of broth or cider, cover with foil, and reheat for 20–25 minutes (2.5 lbs.) or 35–40 minutes (5 lbs.).

    • Microwave: Slice tenderloin, place in a dish, and cover with a damp paper towel. Heat in 1-minute intervals.

    Rack of Lamb

    • Oven: Preheat to 300°F. Place lamb in a baking dish, cover with foil, and heat for 10–15 minutes for medium-rare or up to 20 minutes for more doneness. Avoid overcooking.

    • Microwave: Not recommended.

    • Internal Temp: 135°F (medium-rare) or 145°F (medium).

    SIDES

    Cornbread | Buttermilk Biscuits

    • Oven: Preheat to 300°F. Wrap biscuits in foil and heat for 10–15 minutes.

    • Microwave: Wrap in a damp paper towel and heat for 30 seconds–1 minute.

    Macaroni & Cheese

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes (6 servings) or 30–35 minutes (12 servings).

    • Microwave: Heat individual portions in a microwave-safe dish for 1–2 minutes.

    Collard Greens

    • Stovetop (preferred): Heat in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10–15 minutes.

    • Microwave: Place in a microwave-safe dish and heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway.

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Transfer greens to an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, and heat for 20–25 minutes.

    Garlic Butter Green Beans

    • Stovetop: Warm in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently.

    • Microwave: Heat in 1–2-minute intervals, stirring midway.

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Spread in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, and warm for 10–15 minutes.

    Candied Yams

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes.

    • Microwave: Heat in 2–3-minute intervals, stirring between intervals.

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Place in an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, and heat for 20–25 minutes.

    Mashed Potatoes & Gravy

    • Stovetop: Heat mashed potatoes and gravy separately in saucepans over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add a splash of milk or broth to the potatoes if needed.

    • Microwave: Heat in separate microwave-safe dishes, stirring every minute.

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Transfer mashed potatoes to an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, and heat for 20–25 minutes. Warm gravy separately in a small saucepan over low heat or in the oven in a covered container for 10–15 minutes.

    Sweet Potato Mash

    • Stovetop or Microwave: Same as mashed potatoes.

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Transfer to an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, and heat for 20–25 minutes.

    Russet & Sweet Potato Gratin with Bechamel Sauce

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes. Remove foil for the last 5 minutes for a golden crust.

    Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Ancho Maple Glaze

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Spread on a baking sheet and heat uncovered for 10–15 minutes.

    Garlic & Herb Roasted Potatoes

    • Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Spread on a baking sheet and reheat for 15–20 minutes until crispy.

    Holiday Roasted Vegetables

    • Oven: Preheat to 375°F. Spread vegetables on a baking sheet and heat for 10–15 minutes.

    Green Bean Casserole

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes. Uncover for the last 5 minutes for a crispy topping.

    Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Prosciutto & Cranberries

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Spread on a baking sheet and heat for 10–15 minutes.

    Yellow Rice

    • Stovetop: Add a splash of water or broth and heat in a saucepan over low-medium heat, stirring occasionally.

    • Microwave: Cover and heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring halfway.

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Transfer to an oven-safe dish, cover with foil, and heat for 15–20 minutes. Add a tablespoon of water if needed to prevent drying.

    Cornbread Stuffing with Sage & Cranberry Sauce

    • Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Cover with foil and bake for 20–25 minutes.
